8 ounces (1 cup) Fresh brussel sprouts, sliced
1 tbsp. Macadamia nut oil
I prefer to start heating my pans prior to placing the ingredients in them, as it seems to cook the vegetables more evenly. To do this, simply turn the stove to medium and place the empty frying pan on it. While the pan is warming, mix the brussel sprouts and oil in a bowl. This should take maybe 30 seconds. Then place the sprouts to the pan. Stir while cooking. They are done when slightly translucent. For greater browning, turn up the heat, but make sure to stir constantly to prevent burning. Salt to taste.
